Our Story

meta-cliff began when our founders, themselves property investors, grew frustrated with the management services available to them. Missed maintenance calls, unclear fees, and tenants left without proper support—these problems seemed endemic to the industry.

Rather than accept this as normal, they built something different. Starting with just a handful of properties in 2019, the company developed systems and processes that prioritised reliability and communication above all else.

Today, we manage properties across the United Kingdom, from studio flats to mixed-use commercial buildings. Our approach remains the same: treat every property as if it were our own, and communicate openly with both owners and tenants.
